BSP supremo Mayawati said that BJP is deliberately creating controversies to divert attention from issues like price rise. The central and state governments of the BJP will have to refrain from hate statements that spread the politics of jihad, hijab and religious frenzy. She was taking a meeting with party officials on preparations for the Lok Sabha elections 2024.
On Wednesday, Mayawati held a meeting of senior officers of the state, divisional and district committees at the party’s state office in Lucknow. He said that everyone has to be firmly engaged in the preparations for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. There are issues like inflation, poverty, unemployment, women harassment, electricity, water, roads in the lives of crores of people of UP. In order to divert people’s attention on these shortcomings, the BJP governments are deliberately giving full exemption to casteist, communal and religious disputes.
Governments of major states like Central Government, UP, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra have to understand that statements spreading alleged Love Jihad, Land Jihad, Conversion, Hijab, Mazar School, College Demolition, Madrasa investigation, bulldozer politics and religious frenzy There is an atmosphere of panic in the country due to the action. This is fatal for the strength of the country. This is affecting the progress of the country. Due to the decrease in the country’s exports, the trade deficit reaching the lowest level in the last 5 months is a matter of concern for all. As a result of the Ukraine war, each country is busy with only its own interests and concerns. In such a situation, India will have to leave aside political interests and engage in all-round development. The development should be of the entire state and not of special areas in some special district like the rule of the Samajwadi Party.

National General Secretary Satish Chandra Mishra, State President Umashankar Pal, Munkad Ali, Shamshuddin Rain etc. were also present in the meeting.
eye on opponents
It was also said in the meeting that apart from keeping an eye on the activities of the BJP, it is also necessary to keep an eye on the strategy prepared by the opposition parties to deal with it. In fact, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has called an opposition unity meeting on June 23 in Patna. Mayawati is not participating in this. Nitish Kumar had come to Lucknow for the meeting. He met SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, but did not meet Mayawati. Now everyone’s eyes are on this meeting being held in Patna.

These statues have been shifted to Mayawati’s residence built near the state office. BSP officials say that people come to the party office only when there is a meeting, while the movement of workers and office bearers continues throughout the day at the residence. That’s why the idols have been installed there.
